This page sums up how bladers.cz handles your data. I try to keep it short and human. Got a question? Email nachtigal.tom@proton.me.

Who is the controller

The site is run by Tomáš Nachtigal, an individual, contact: nachtigal.tom@proton.me. I'm not a big company and I don't have a DPO — you're emailing me directly.

What data I process

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised traffic data (which page you opened, where you came from, what browser you use). I don't collect your name, exact address, or anything that would identify you. It only runs after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
  • Newsletter — if you subscribe, I store your email on my server and with the provider Resend so I can send you posts. Unsubscribe is one click in every email.
  • Contact email — if you email me, I see your address and the message. I don't share it further.

Cookies

The site uses:

  • Technical cookies — required for the site to work (theme switch, language). No consent needed; they don't identify you.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set only after your consent. You can revoke them anytime by clearing browser cookies or via settings.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can:

  • ask what data I have about you
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • withdraw your consent
  • file a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. UOOU for the Czech Republic)

Email nachtigal.tom@proton.me and I'll handle it within 30 days.

Third parties

I don't sell your data. I only use services needed to run the site:

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — traffic measurement
  • Resend (Resend Inc., USA) — newsletter delivery
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) — site hosting
  • Supabase (Supabase Inc., EU region) — database

All of them have their own GDPR terms and standard contractual clauses for US transfers.

Changes

I may update this page anytime. The date above tells you when I last did.
